This book tells the story of my life through the meals I cook and eat. Each dish represents a part of my journey, from flavors that remind me of my childhood to foods I discovered while traveling the world. The book features a blend of recipes and personal narratives, offering a unique insight into my life and personality. I also explore how my identity and culture influence what I cook and eat, and how food can bring people together and foster cross-cultural understanding.
As part of my writing process, I used the LATCH principles to structure and organize the content of the book. The LATCH method emphasizes the importance of grouping information in a logical and intuitive way, based on how readers process information. By using this approach, I aimed to create a book that is both engaging and easy to navigate, allowing readers to fully immerse themselves in my culinary journey.
